Family mediation is an out-of-court process by which an impartial mediator can help and guide spouses and/or parents to negotiate and agree on an agreement that will be fair and viable for everyone. Your separation or divorce doesn't have to be complicated!

Family mediation is a less complex process that does not require spending days in court discussing your rights, but rather agreeing on what each person wants and how.

Our mission at MEDIaction is to offer you a mediation service to make your separation or divorce less complicated. We offer sessions between the parties during which we will try to reach an agreement that will suit everyone.
What family mediation allows
By opting for family mediation as a method of conflict resolution with MEDIaction, you benefit from a service that allows:

Access to a subsidy for free mediation consultation sessions - 5 hours of subsidized mediation for couples with dependent children (we take care of the procedure and paperwork).
